Now during this time you will need to contact them daily for them to tell you it’s being processed. Giving you false hope. Then you need to be prepared for phone calls at all hours of the nightday by a different salesman (broker) telling you that you have done without this money for this long you obviously don’t need it. You need to be very firm with these people that call don’t raise you voice and speak calmly otherwise you get verbally abused. You will then need to jump on every review website and leave negative comments(this is the only place they will respond to you). Then it’s crap what they write here anyway.

Rather than simply refund his money, they are actually asking him to ‘formalise’ his account. The forms sent are crude and have typos. To what intent and purpose do they want him to formalise an account at this stage? A legit company would have done this prior to taking his money and certainly not at this stage.
